Self-Paid Patients
The cost of the initial and follow up office consultation is a flat fee of $400. This includes a consultation, full examination, pregnancy test, and pelvic ultrasound if needed. Laboratory services are a separate fee that is charged by the Lab. *We accept cash, checks and most credit cards.

Most insurances cover the cost of IUD and Nexplanon placement and replacement. Please contact your insurance company if you are responsible for your IUD/Implant device cost or any other deductibles.
